1. Agreement to these terms
Using insurifind.com means you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
2. What Insurifind is — and is not
Insurifind is an advertising website. We show visitors a list of insurance providers who are advertising in their state through a third-party insurance advertising marketplace.
Insurifind is not an insurance company, agency, broker, or producer. We do not sell, solicit, negotiate, quote, bind, or administer insurance. We do not give insurance, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation that you buy any particular policy or use any particular provider. Any decision you make about insurance is yours, and you should confirm the details directly with the provider before you buy.
3. How we are paid, and what that means for what you see
Insurifind is paid by advertisers on a per-click basis. When you click a provider listing, we may be paid a fee by our marketplace partner, whether or not you go on to buy anything.
This compensation affects what you see. Specifically:
- The order, placement, and prominence of the listings on this site are influenced by what advertisers are willing to pay. Listing order is not a ranking, rating, score, endorsement, or recommendation by Insurifind.
- The listings shown are limited to advertisers participating in our marketplace partner's program for your state and coverage type. They do not represent all providers available to you, and a provider that would serve you better or cost you less may not appear on this site at all.
- We do not evaluate, test, verify, rate, or review the providers listed, and we do not independently confirm anything an advertiser says about itself.
4. Third-party content and links
Provider names, logos, descriptions, and destination pages are supplied by the advertiser or by our marketplace partner. Insurifind does not author, edit, verify, or guarantee that content, and we are not responsible for it.
When you click a listing you leave insurifind.com. From that point the third party's own terms, privacy policy, and practices govern, and we have no control over them. Third-party trademarks and logos appearing on this site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship of, or endorsement of Insurifind.
5. No warranties
The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings are accurate, current, or complete, or that any provider shown will be available to you, will quote you a particular price, or will accept you as a customer. Insurance availability, eligibility, coverage terms, and pricing are set by insurers and vary by state and by individual circumstances.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insurifind and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, any listing, or any dealings you have with a provider you found through the site — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insurifind and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
8. Intellectual property
The Insurifind name, logo, site design, text, and other original content are owned by Insurifind and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute them without our written permission. All other trademarks, logos, and brand names appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the advertiser whose listing they accompany.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: access the site by automated means, including scraping, crawling beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, or using bots or scripts; generate artificial, fraudulent, incentivized, or automated clicks on any listing; interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; reverse engineer any part of the site; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Changes to the site
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Insurifind regarding the site.
